Engagement

How we work together.

How each model runs, the routines we share, and what you hold when we hand over.

How does each model run?

Three models in practice.

What will working together feel like?

One team, shared routines.

Shared stand-up

Reveriext practitioners take part in your stand-up rather than reporting separately.

Shared code review queue

The engineers who build the prototype review and merge in the same queue as your team.

Shared on-call

We stay on the rotation while the product runs in production with you.

What happens at the end?

A handover, on your terms.

At scale

What we hand over

The product, the runbook and the on-call plan.

  • Your team operates it

Your team already shares the queue and the rotation.

  • reOps operates it

Managed operations, with reLabs available for new features.

What are the three engagement models?

Incubation, an incubation platform that takes your product into production and to customers; our own products, which we build, operate, and grow in-house; and technology partner, in which we partner with you to build your product idea.

What does a technology partner engagement look like?

Engagements typically begin with a discovery sprint that ends in a working prototype. We then move into co-build: Reveriext engineers, designers, and product leaders work within your team through pilot and scale.

What does production quality from the first sprint mean?

The first working version includes the foundations of a real system: evaluations, observability, an operator in the loop, and a clear path to the next ten users. Every reLabs prototype is designed to become the production system rather than be discarded.

Do you take equity?

In selected cases. Reveriext is an operator, not a fund. An equity engagement is appropriate only when both parties are committed to the same outcome.

How is reLabs different from a software agency?

An agency staffs a project to a specification. reLabs begins by examining the specification, through a discovery sprint that tests the proposition before the build expands. The engineers who build the prototype remain on the work through pilot and scale; the work is not handed to a different team.
